Once a suitable home has been found and your offer accepted we will require a holding deposit, referencing fee, administration fee. We will issue a payment request for these fees by email. These can be paid by BACS/Debit/Credit Card.
We will take up references, through a credit agency. To start this process please go to
“Tenant Application” and fill out all details required.
References Approved – Completed
The Tenancy Agreement will then be raised and at this stage we ask you for a deposit equivalent to six weeks rent, held against damage and dilapidation. All agreements are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references.
The deposit should be paid when the Agreement is signed. Your deposit is secured by using the DPS or MyDeposits schemes.
The first month’s rent is payable on the first day of the Agreement
by Banker’s Draft or Bank Transfer.
