Free Property Submission Info
Landlords
Submit your property free of charge on the Hoads Residential site. We offer this service to landlords who own properties in the Surrey & London SW post codes. We process all enquiries for you and forward them to your email account. If you require any further assistance after a tenant has been found such as tenant referencing, tenancy contract, deposit collection & registration, we can arrange this for you and advice you about cost in advance. Please note that we reserve the right for “final approval” before public release to insure that your property is suitable for rental. Landlords are responsible to supply “Proof of Property Ownership” and a valid EPC before a successful tenancy can commence.
How can I list my property for free on your site ?
1. Click Login/Register (top screen) and select your username and fill in your email.
2. Check your email account. You will have received a password & confirmation link.
Click the link and log in with your username & new password.
3. Click “Submit” section (top screen) on the site and select “My Profile“.
Fill in your contact details ( Name & Email are minimum requirement).
Please note you need a valid email account as all enquiries are forwarded to this address by us.
We handle all initial enquiries so we can validate any potential tenants.
You can also change your password to some more memorable one in this section.
4. Click “Submit” (top screen) and select “Submit Property” in the sub menu.
Fill in all available property details including at least 1 image. Any information not available please leave blank. When finished click “Add Property“. We will review your property and if there is any essential information missing we will contact you.
Please note that we reserve the right for “final approval” before public release to insure that your property is suitable for rental.
5. Please note you are able to make changes to your property listing and profile at any time . Simply Login, select “Submit” and click on “My Profile” and “My Properties” to make your changes.
You are also able to “remove” your property anytime.

We also offer a paid service to advertise your property on Rightmove to increase your changes to find tenants .
